lime and acid

lime and acid is an ongoing, continuously changing work made of ceramic, limestone paint, acid, glycerin, watercolor paint, “Creative Bubble” yarn, gelatin and shaving foam. Over the course of several months, the materials change slowly as they dry and react with one another, causing, for example, crystals to form, surfaces to crack, or the material to shrink. There is a fluid transition to other series of works such as brittle and liquid.
